Find the full method to make this banana fry. For this, you have to first peel of the skin of the banana from the corners. Cut into thin long pieces.
After that, wash it well in turmeric water and drain the water away.
Then, add all the spice powders and vinegar to the banana pieces and marinate it. Keep it aside for minimum half an hour, at least. The more the better.
As a next step shallow fry this on both sides (like you do for fish fry). Your Raw Banana Fry is ready!
