Ingredients
 4 Sweet Potato (small)
 1 tsp Chilli powder
 ½ tsp Turmeric powder
 ½ tsp Asafoetida powder
 Salt to taste
 Oil for shallow frying
 Rice flour - to coat the sweet potatoes (dry)

Vegetables can be made in many different ways. They make the perfect snack when it is made dry. Dry fry vegetables are very much loved by all including kids. Here is a recipe that everyone will surely love. This yummy Sweet Potato Fry is very easy to make and it makes the perfect evening snack. I am sure your kids will love them.

To make the sweet potato fry, first cut the sweet potatoes into round pieces. Wash well and drain. Remove all the excess water. You can use a tissue or a fresh towel to absorb all the water from the sweet potatoes.

The next important step is the marination. For this, mix all the masala ingredients mentioned above. and then marinate the sweet potatoes with this masala mix. Keep aside for at least half an hour so that the sweet potatoes are well marinated.

The next step is to coat each piece of sweet potato with rice flour. Finally, heat some oil in a heavy bottom pan and shallow fry the sweet potatoes. Flip sides and fry the other side as well, till they are cooked well.

Yummy sweet potato fry is ready.
