Studies have proved that it is safe for a healthy person to eat 3 eggs per day. However, they have already gained a bad reputation for increasing cholesterol level as yolks are high in cholesterol. But the truth is that eggs are high in good cholesterol and your liver produces enough cholesterol your body needs. Hence, the more cholesterol your body gets through your food intake, the less cholesterol your body produces.
