As the appearance suggest, the name of this sweet is Apple Toffee and it tastes just delicious.

To begin, first microwave 1 cup grated coconut for 1 minute to make it dry and then keep it aside.

2

Next, grind the cashew to make a paste. Then you can also grind the 4 tbsp of grated coconut and make a paste.

3

Now, boil sugar and water to make one thread consistency. Then, add in the grated coconut as well as the coconut paste. After that, stir it well. Also, mix in the milk powder and add ghee. Make sure to mix it thoroughly.

Then, add in the cashew paste, salt and green colour (if you want to). After that, mix it well and take down the mixture from the stove quickly, so that it does not set too hard. Make sure that you do this on slow fire, throughout.

Then, add in the essence or flavour. Now, roll the mixture and make shiny balls. You can make a depression on one side to shape it like an apple and fix a clove. Can shade it red (if you wish to).

P.S. I have added food colour, mainy for the pictures. You can either leave it off entirely, or can also use vegetables or fruits to make home made colours if you want to
