Ingredients
 125 g White Chocolate Compound
 100 g Unsalted Butter
 1 cup All Purpose Flour/Maida
 1 cup Castor Sugar
 2 Egg
 ½ cup Cashew NutsChopped
 ½ tsp Baking Powder
 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
 ¼ cup White Choco Chips
 1 pinch Salt

Blondies - yes, today I am going to share the recipe for blondies. Are you surprised to know what it exactly is? This is a really delicious dessert. In simple words, blondies are Brownies made with white chocolate and white Choco chips instead of dark chocolate and choco chips.

Now, to make blondies, the first step is to melt the butter and white chocolate compound in a double boiler. Here you have to be extra careful with the temperature. Otherwise, you could spoil the whole thing.

Melt the butter and white chocolate compound till smooth. Make sure that you keep on whisking when these ingredients are in the double boiler. Once done, keep it aside.

The next step is to beat the eggs. beat the eggs till smooth and add the castor sugar or powdered sugar. You can use the one that is available to you However, it is recommended to use castor sugar. Beat till smooth and there are no lumps or sugar particles left. Then add the vanilla essence and blend well.

In the meantime, you an preheat the oven to 180 degree C. Now you need to mix together all the dry ingredients. Mix together maida, baling powder and a pinch of salt. it is advised to sieve these together and keep them ready.

Now you need to add the white compound mix to the egg mix and blend them really well.

Next you need to add the dry ingredients. Don't add them all together. Gradually add them and fold them well. Do not use a beater here. I suggest that you use the cut and fold method to blend these ingredients.

The next step is to add the chopped cashew nuts and fold again. Then goes in the white chocolate chips. I have added the white chocolate chips to make the blondies a bit gooey. You can even skip this.

The next step is to transfer the batter to a greased tray. Tap the try properly so that the batter fills in evenly int he tray releasing any air within it. You can also sprinkle some white chocolate chips on top if it. Use a square shaped tray and bake it at 180 degree C for around 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, take it out and whack it a couple of times. Keep it back int he oven and bake it for another 20 minutes more. Your delicious blondies are ready. Cut them into square shapes when cool and enjoy your blondies. I am sure not just kids, even adults will drool over this delicious dessert.
