03 Apr Chicken Stuffed Mulaku Bhaji
Chicken Stuffed Mulaku Bhaji is a really delicious snack perfect for evenings. I am sure you will surely love this version of stuffed chilli. To make this recipe, you need the big type chilli.
The first step is to prepare the batter. For this mix together all the ingredients for the batter as per the list and make sure there are no lumps. You have to be very careful about the consistency of the batter. Make sure it is perfect, not too thin or thick. So add water little by little and keep mixing. Once the batter is ready, keep it aside for at least 25-50 minutes.
Next you can make the stuffing. For this you need cooked and shredded chicken. Keep the chicken ready beforehand. Heat oil in a pan and saute the finely chopped onions. Once the onions are done, add in the shredded chicken. Then goes in pepper powder, salt and soya sauce. Mix all these together till done and finally add chopped coriander leaves.
The next step is the stiffing. For this clean the chilli and slit it on one side. You can deseed it of required. I have deseeded it as the chiili was a bit spicy and I did not want the snack to be too spicy. If you love it really hot, it is not required to deseed the chilli.
Now you have to stuff the chilli with the chicken stuffing you have made. Once all the chilli has been stuffed, we will fry them in oil.
For this, heat oil in a deep kadai. Dip the stuffed chilli in the batter one by one and deep fry it in oil till done. Yummy Chicken Stuffed Mulaku Bhaji is ready to be drooled over.
