Mint lime is a refreshing drink with a lot of health benefits. Adding khus-khus to it also makes it even more tastier and healthier. This is definitely, a great drink for you during summers to help beat the heat. Your kids will also love it.
First, you need to soak the khus-khus in 1 cup of water. Then, let it rest for some time, so that the khus-khus becomes completely soaked and doubled in volume.
For the next step, grind together the other ingredients like mint leaves, sugar and juice of one lime. Then add some water to it and grind. However, make sure that you dont grind it to a fine paste. Above all, check if everything is blend properly. Alternatively, instead of sugar, you can also add some sugar syrup.
Now, mix it with the remianing water and add the soaked khus-khus. To this, squeeze in the juice of the rest of the lime. If you need more lime flavour, you can add more lime to it. In fact, the sweetness can also be adjusted to your taste.
Finaly, put in some ice and serve it chilled.
Garnish the glass with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint.
