Note: We present to you a yummy and healthy minty pineapple juice. This is a very refreshing drink made out of pineapple and best suited for hot summer days.

To begin with, first peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Then, wash the mint leaves. Make sure you use really fresh mint leaves

Now, put the pineapple pieces, mint leaves, and sugar with some cold water into a mixer jar and grind it till it becomes smooth. The quantity of sugar mentioned here is what I used. You can use it according to your taste. The same applies to mint leaves as well. If you want it mintier, you can very well increase the quantity of the mint leaves. Then again, everything depends on your individual taste.

Your Yummy pineapple juice with mint is ready. Add a couple of ice cubes to make it extra chill. Serve it fresh and immediately after making it. You can also garnish with some lemon wedges and mint leaves while serving if you like.
