Ingredients
 2 Carrot
 1 Capsicum
 1 Onion (big)
 2 Cucumber
 1 Tomato
 1 Raw mango (according to its sour nature)
 1 Apple
 ½ cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Ingredients For dressing
 ½ cup Crushed Peanuts ,-3tsp,lime juice -2 teaspoon.
 3 tsp Honey
 3 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 2 tsp Lime juice
 Salt to taste

It is a must to include salads in our diet. Though there are a variety of salads you can make, this one mentioned here is a bit different and believe me it tastes really yummy. This special mixed salad is a perfect blend of vegetable and fruits and the tangy taste of the raw mango and the sweetness of honey is really tempting.

Clean and peel the carrot and cut lengthwise or grate it thinly. Similarly, cut the capsicum, cucumber, apple, and tomato. Slice the onions and also the raw mango. Depending on how much sourness you want in your salad, you can add the raw mango.

Add enough salt and mix all the ingredients for the dressing well. Grind the peanuts roughly in a mixie and add it to the salad. Toss well. You can add coriander leaves as well. However, this is optional.

Your mixed salad is ready with a sweet touch of apple and honey and the tangy taste of raw mango.

Tip - You can add a tsp of white vinegar to the onion slices and rub well to remove the pungency before adding.
