27 Aug Tawa Grill and Oven Baked Chicken
This is a yummy tawa grilled oven-baked chicken recipe that I bring for you. I can't really say its entirely my recipe as I combined a couple of recipes from the internet giving it my twist as I saw fit. But the result was just mouth-watering, if I may say so. Here goes the recipe for Tawa Grill and Oven Baked Chicken.
Add all the ingredients with the curds to make the marinade. Combine it all together by mixing the marinade thoroughly. Then dip the chicken thighs in it. Also, don't forget to add 2 tbsp oil to the marinated chicken and mix it thoroughly. Keep it aside for half an hour or even overnight for best results.
After that, shallow fry the chicken on tawa without oil. Fry both sides for 2.-2.5 minutes each. Then, you can bake it the oven covering the pan with an aluminium foil. Bake it in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 or 180 degree C. Now, the delicious mouthwatering tawa grilled oven-baked chicken is ready!
