When making dough to make wheat pizza, make sure that you take all ingredients according to the measurements.

Ferment yeast with approximately half a cup of warm water and sugar and set aside.

Measure and seive the wheat flour into a big bowl. Mix all ingredients well to make a soft dough. Use the fermented yeast and water mixture only as required to make a soft dough.

Knead well and cover with a muslin cloth and let it rise. The dough will rise double in size in around 45 mins to 1 hour. This totally depends on the quality of the yeast used.

Knead the dough again. The next step is the preparation of the base. Take a pizza pan and brush some oil on it. Dust with some corn meal. I use corn meal when I use wheat pizza. This is not required when you make pizza with maida.

Now flatten the dough in the base with your fingers. Once the base is ready prick all over the base with a fork. Then brush some more oil on it and then dust some more corn meal.

Next you need to add the toppings. The first to go in is the pizza sauce. Then goes a very thin layer of cheddar cheese. then you can add the toppings of your choice. You can cook the chicken/meat etc before hand according to your preference. Add in the bell peppers, onions and sweet corn. All these are optional and you can choose according to your taste.

Finally goes in a whole lot of cheese. Mix cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese and spread generously over the pizza.

Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 mins at 210 degree C
