 125 g White Chocolate Compound
 100 g Butter
 1 ½ cups All Purpose Flour/ Maida
 ½ cup Castor Sugar
 2 tbsp White Chocolate Chips(Optional or according to your choice)
 A few Dark Chocolate Chips for garnishing(Optional)
Method

Cookies made with white chocolate or White Chocolate cookies are simply delicious and it has a distinct taste. It is very easy to make as well, with less number of ingredients. Unlike dark chocolate cookies, there are no eggs added to this version.

Here is how we make cookies with white chocolate. Make sure you keep all the ingredients ready as per the list.

First, you have to melt the butter and white chocolate in a double boiler. Be careful with the heat, do this on low heat. Once it is completely melted and smooth, let it cool. Once cool add castor sugar and flour and knead it to make a soft dough.

The cookie dough is ready. At this stage, you can add some white chocolate chips to the dough and mix well. This step is completely optional. You can skip it as well.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 degree C. Make small balls with the cookie dough and place it on a greased baking tray. You can decorate it with dark chocolate chips if you want to. Again, this step is optional.

Once done, bake it for around 15 minutes. Yummy Cookies are ready.

Let it cool and store it in an airtight container.
