When talking about food from Aloft, I must never forget to mention Chef Kaviyarasu who always made our stay at the place more enjoyable with the awesomely yummy food and courteousness. From starters to desserts, the variety of food is really good. Being a foodie, I make sure that I taste a bit of everything that is spread.
The ragi dosa is one such thing that was on the breakfast menu and I must say that it is a must try. It needs special mention because it was mainly for the health conscious (me, not being one though, loved it). Chef makes sure that there are always healthy dishes on the menu. The most interesting thing was that it was given according to one’s choice – plain and crispy ragi dosa or ragi masala dosa. Obviously, I tasted both and it’s a thumbs-up for both. It was accompanied with coconut as well as tomato chutney or you can even have it with sambar, according to your taste.
Now, this is one dish, that all could try out at your home making your breakfast healthy. Replacing rice with ragi from the basic dosa does the magic.
